The straps are brushed suede, soft against bare skin and matte in the sun. They bend with the foot and keep their shape rather than stretching loose over the summer. A light brush after a dusty day keeps them looking good for years.
Underneath sits a contoured footbed with a raised edge at the heel and a gentle rise under the arch, and two buckled straps let you set the fit. Worn with a linen dress or rolled trousers, it is the sandal you pack every summer, for years.
